Received a call, and then this email from this FRAUD organization- National Organisation For Social Empowerment THEY ARE A FRAUD ORGANIZATION They will take your money and make a fool out of you. They are similar to Giggles (http://logtk.blogspot.com/2016/06/fraud-giggles-welfare-organization-avoid.html) They call you from random mobile numbers and pester you for funds.
